A Life of Precision and Hard Work For 53 years, my wife and I have shared a life built on simple thinking and hard work. I spent 30 years as a professional truck driver, and for a decade, I worked as a photo lab technician. Those years taught me the importance of technical accuracy and a steady hand.
Honesty in Art To me, art is about being honest. I don't sign the front of my paintings because I want the focus to be entirely on the subject—the '32 Fords, the '55 Chevrolets, and the mechanical beauty of a flathead engine.
The Process Using my Samsung S25 Ultra, I document every stage of my work, from the first pencil sketch to the final high-gloss acrylic finish. I prefer the tactile control of acrylic markers to create the bold black linework and silver metalflake accents that define my style. This gallery is a record of my thinking and my craft for my children, grandchildren, and fellow automotive enthusiasts.
